The St. Louis Stars strives to provide a positive, competitive youth soccer experience for players, coaches and families. We emphasize long-term player development of physical, emotional and social skills. We teach individual skill development and tactical development that fit within our club’s specific philosophy and style of play.
Club Offerings: The St. Louis Stars have both a Development and Academy side to the Club. Our Youth Development League (YDL) is a train and play program geared toward developmental level players (U6 – U10). The Club also has an Academy program that will be offered to select players in each age group (U8-U19). Age groups (player pools) train together and compete in the top 3 Divisions of SLYSA. A universal club philosophy will promote player development and allow players to advance within the Academy System.
Coaching: The St. Louis Stars coaching staff consists of both paid and volunteer coaches. The coaching staff is led by our Sporting Director Will Eskay, and our Director of Coaching Development, Vadim Cojocov who oversees training and coaching education for all teams.
